These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, mobile applications, and all related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”) owned by TraviGo Guide LLC. Any user who accesses, uses the Platform, creates an account, or purchases any digital product or service from TraviGo Guide LLC (“User”) shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms. Users who do not accept these Terms must not use the Platform.

 

1) COMPANY INFORMATION

TraviGo Guide LLC is a limited liability company duly incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

The Company provides digital travel guidance, informational content, comparisons, recommendations, and paid digital services (“Services”). TraviGo Guide LLC does not sell airline tickets, hotel reservations, or issue travel documents.

 

2) SERVICES PROVIDED

Services may include digital travel guides, curated recommendations, informational reports, and other digital products delivered electronically. The Platform may contain links to third-party travel service providers. All transactions completed through third-party platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third party.

 

3) NO GUARANTEE

Travel rules, prices, availability, and third-party policies may change frequently. TraviGo Guide LLC does not guarantee any outcome, price, availability, acceptance, approval, or result of any third-party process. The User is responsible for verifying important information with relevant service providers and official sources.

 

4) PAYMENTS

By completing a purchase, the User authorizes TraviGo Guide LLC to charge the selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. Payments are securely processed via third-party payment service providers.

 

5) SERVICE DELIVERY

All paid services and products provided by TraviGo Guide LLC are digital in nature and delivered electronically. Orders placed on business days are delivered within a maximum of twelve (12) business hours. Orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

6) REFUND POLICY

Refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy available at:

Due to the nature of digital services, refund eligibility may be limited once service delivery has commenced or the service has been provided, except where otherwise required by mandatory law or explicitly stated at checkout.

 

7) USER OBLIGATIONS

The User agrees not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security systems, submit fraudulent payment or chargeback claims, perform large-scale data scraping, distribute malicious software, or violate applicable laws.

 

8) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Platform (including text, design, logos, graphics, and materials) is owned by or licensed to TraviGo Guide LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

 

9) THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. TraviGo Guide LLC is not responsible for third-party content, services, prices, availability, customer support, refunds, cancellations, or practices. Use of third-party services is entirely at the User’s own risk.

 

10) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.

 

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, TraviGo Guide LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. The total liability of TraviGo Guide LLC for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant service within the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

 

12) TERMINATION

TraviGo Guide LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the User violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent conduct, abuses payment systems, or uses the Platform unlawfully.

 

13) GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

 

14) AMENDMENTS

TraviGo Guide LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL SERVICES

 

The User acknowledges that the services provided by TraviGo Guide LLC constitute digital content and/or services performed instantly in electronic form.

 

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal shall not apply where:

- The performance of the service has begun with the User’s prior explicit consent,

- The service has been delivered partially or fully in electronic form,

- Access to digital content has been provided, downloaded, viewed, or customized for the User.

 

By completing the payment, the User expressly acknowledges, understands, and accepts that the service is digital, that performance begins immediately, and that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.

 

Accordingly, once service performance has commenced or digital content has been delivered, no right of withdrawal may be exercised and no refund may be claimed, except as required by mandatory law.
