1. General Information

Services offered by TraviGo Guide LLC include visa application consultancy, application guidance, digital content, and application process guidance.

 

The services offered are immediate and irrevocable upon initiation of the application process.

 

2. Return Policy

Received as part of visa applications;

- Government fees,

- Consular or authorized institution fees,

- Consulting and service fees

 

It is collected as a single package.

 

Because;

- Cancellation of the application,

- Withdrawal of application,

- Application rejected,

- Submitting incomplete or incorrect documents,

- The applicant failed to complete the process.

 

No refunds will be given in these cases.

 

3. Fees and Consulting Fees

Visa application fees are processed by the relevant systems, institutions, or service providers upon initiation of the application process and are irreversible.

 

Consultancy services are deemed to have been rendered upon initiation of the process, regardless of whether an application has actually been submitted.

 

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly or for digital services provided electronically.

 

Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services offered by TraviGo Guide LLC.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

TraviGo Guide LLC provides no guarantee or warranty regarding the outcome of the application, the assessments of the consulate or competent authorities, or their final decisions.

 

Visa applications are approved entirely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

 

6. Acceptance Statement

By using the service, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions.
