APP TERMS OF USE – TRAVIGO GUIDE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TraviGo Guide mobile application (the “App”) and related websites/pages we operate (the “Website”), provided by TraviGo Guide LLC (“TraviGo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

 

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

 

1) ABOUT THE SERVICE (INFORMATIONAL SERVICE)

TraviGo Guide provides travel-related content, recommendations, and links to third-party websites and services. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

 

TraviGo is not:

- an airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer, payment processor, government entity, or

- an official provider of regulated services.

 

We do not process payments inside the App. Purchases, bookings, or subscriptions (if any) occur on third-party websites and are governed by those third parties’ terms and policies.

 

2) ACCOUNTS (FREE MEMBERSHIP)

A. Account creation

You may be able to create a free account (“Account”) to access additional features (e.g., saving preferences, bookmarks, or personalized content). Creating an Account is optional unless a feature requires it.

 

B. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.

 

C. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any actions taken using your Account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

 

D. Account suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the Service, or engaged in unlawful or harmful behavior. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

 

3) USER CONTENT (IF APPLICABLE)

If the Service allows you to submit content (e.g., comments, feedback, reviews) (“User Content”):

- You represent you have the rights to submit it.

- You grant TraviGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such User Content for operating and improving the Service.

- You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.

 

4) THIRD-PARTY LINKS & AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

The Service may include links to third-party websites or apps (“Third-Party Services”), including affiliate partners.

 

When you click a third-party link:

- you leave the TraviGo environment and are subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy;

- TraviGo does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, pricing, availability, services, policies, or practices.

 

Affiliate disclosure: TraviGo may receive a commission if you make a purchase through certain links, at no additional cost to you.

 

5) ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to:

- use the Service only for lawful purposes;

- not misuse the Service (e.g., hacking, scraping, interfering with security, distributing malware);

- not attempt to access non-public areas without authorization;

- not use automated systems to extract data from the Service unless permitted by us in writing.

 

6) IMPORTANT TRAVEL DISCLAIMER (VERIFY INFORMATION)

Travel rules, visa/entry requirements, health rules, insurance terms, and prices can change frequently and may vary by country and individual circumstances. You agree to verify critical details directly with official sources or the relevant provider before making decisions.

 

7) NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Service does not provide legal, immigration, medical, insurance, financial, or other professional advice. Any information provided is general in nature. You should consult appropriate professionals or official authorities for decisions affecting your legal status, health, or finances.

 

8) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Service, including text, design, and software (excluding third-party trademarks), is owned by or licensed to TraviGo and is protected by intellectual property laws.

 

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without our written permission.

 

Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names (if displayed) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

 

9) AVAILABILITY, CHANGES, AND TERMINATION

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

10) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that content will be accurate, complete, or up to date.

 

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

TRAVIGO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

 

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any) in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.

 

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

 

12) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TraviGo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

 

13) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
