5. Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be shared in a limited manner in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

 

6. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

Due to the service infrastructure being located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), provided that the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken.

 

7. Personal Data Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for the period required by the processing purposes and for the limitation periods stipulated in the relevant legislation, and is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized upon the expiration of this period.

 

8. Rights of the Data Subject

According to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), as a data subject;

- To find out if your personal data is being processed.

- Request information regarding processing, if applicable.

- To ascertain the purpose of processing and whether it is being used for its intended purpose.

- Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.

- Requesting corrections if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

- Requesting deletion or destruction in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

- Requesting that the transactions be notified to third parties.

- Objection to an adverse outcome resulting solely from the analysis of processed data by automated systems.

- The right to claim compensation for damages incurred as a result of an unlawful act.

You can submit your requests regarding the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) in writing to us via the email address info@travigoguide.com . Applications will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
