REFUND POLICY

 

Effective Date: December 20, 2025

 

This Refund Policy applies to all digital services and products sold by TraviGo Guide LLC.

 

1) DIGITAL SERVICES

All products offered by TraviGo are digital services delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited once delivery has begun or the deliverable has been provided.

 

2) ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

A refund may be approved if:

- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times, or

- The digital deliverable was not provided within the stated delivery timeframe due to an error on our side and cannot be delivered.

 

3) NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be granted if:

- The digital service has been delivered,

- The service has been substantially performed,

- The issue is related to third-party platforms, travel rules, pricing, approvals, or external decisions,

- Incorrect information provided by the customer prevented delivery.

 

4) REQUEST TIMEFRAME

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing info@travigoguide.com and including the order reference and reason for the request.

 

5) CHARGEBACKS

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension and account restrictions.

Digital services are generally non-refundable once delivery has begun or the deliverable has been emailed, unless required by law.  

Requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase with order reference.
