DELIVERY POLICY (DIGITAL SERVICES)

TraviGo Guide LLC delivers all paid services and products digitally.
1) DELIVERY METHOD
All products and services sold on this Platform are digital services. Deliverables are provided electronically, typically in PDF or digital report format, and sent via email to the address provided at checkout.
2) DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Orders placed on business days are delivered within 12 business hours.
Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day and delivered within 12 business hours thereafter.
3) MANUAL PREPARATION
Certain services require manual review and preparation. Delivery timeframes account for this process and begin after successful payment confirmation.
4) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam or junk folders. If delivery fails due to incorrect contact information, delivery will be completed after corrected details are provided.
5) SUPPORT
If you do not receive your digital deliverable within the stated timeframe, please contact us at info@travigoguide.com and include your order reference.
All digital products are manually prepared and emailed after purchase.
Deliverables are typically sent within the timeframe shown on the product page.
